Ingredients

6 Tomatillos
-
10 small tomatoes- feel free to add more if you’d like

1 jalapeno

5 garlic cloves

Two Spicy Mamas Fiesta Seasoning

1 lime

Small handful of fresh cilantro
Directions
Turn your broiler on to high. Make sure your oven rack is in the middle.
Add all your vegetables to a sheet pan, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Fiesta Seasoning,
Put the veggies in the oven and cook for about 3-5 minutes, watching carefully to make sure they don’t over char. Turn the veggies over and turn the tray to get even cooking. Cook for another 3-5 minutes are remove from the oven to cool.
Add the charred veggies, squeeze ½ of a lime, a small handful of cilantro, and ½ a tablespoon of Fiesta to a food processor or blender. Process until smooth. Taste. Add more fiesta or lime juice, if needed. Add the sauce to a glass jar and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
